Lewis and Clark River Safari
September 6th 2008 - September 2nd 2007
This is an excellent full-day river trip, which follows the path of Lewis and Clark and the Rocky Mountain Fur Trade. An impressive aspect of these safaris is that, while we are close to civilization and convenience, this is essentially a wilderness experience in a single day event. See lots of wildlife, share tales of Lewis and Clark and the "Mountain Men", visit little known historic sites, read from the "Journals" and examine artifacts and maps associated with the exploration and development of this region.

Yoga Retreat
September 28th 2008 - October 3rd 2008
Come join us for a week of healthy living with Big Sky Yoga Retreats! The natural beauty of Montana inspires peace and fresh perspective in a fast-paced world. Clean mountain air, sharing the surroundings with plenty of wildlife (who wouldn't be inspired when a bald eagle's flight path crosses yours?) and a gentle pace all come together here to offer the opportunity to really experience your yoga practice. You know that feeling you have after a yoga class, where your mind clutter has been temporarily cleared? Multiply it tenfold and you will get a taste of what we intend to offer you here in Montana. The focus of our week will be a daily yoga practice. Many of us approach our yoga practice as if it were another task on our to-do list; during this week we will work on techniques for how to integrate yoga into your life with less effort. There will be two daily yoga practices that take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: a vigorous, energizing morning practice and a restorative, relaxing afternoon practice. Our yoga will be interwoven with outdoor activities that fill you with the exhilaration felt from being in touch with nature. The concept behind Big Sky Yoga Retreats is to offer you the best a getaway has to offer - stunning surroundings, amazing accommodations, gourmet food - while also offering the tools to enrich and improve your health and well being. After a week with us, you will not only feel like you got away from it all, but will also return home with a toolkit of healthy habits that you can apply to your everyday life.
